Shipping Availability

At this time, Roveli ships only within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping services.

Order Processing Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) are typically processed on the same business day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days. Processing takes place Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 4–5 business days depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Estimated Total Shipping Time

The total estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–7 business days, including both order processing and shipping transit time.

Shipping Charges

We currently provide free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum order amount is required.

Tax

All product prices displayed on our website are final prices. We do not charge any additional VAT, taxes, or hidden fees at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through trusted delivery providers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package requirements.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Missing Deliveries

If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local shipping carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@roveli.shop for assistance.

Undeliverable Shipments

Packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient may require additional shipping charges before reshipment can be arranged.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Changes

Requests to update the shipping address must be submitted before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Roveli is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

Order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted during the processing period. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
