Refund policy

At Roveli, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered. Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not qualify for approval.

Return Instructions

All approved returns must be sent back by mail. Before returning any product, please contact us at support@roveli.shop to receive return authorization and instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging when applicable
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused after delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Roveli will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns related to personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or sizing issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping expense.

Return Labels

Customers are generally responsible for arranging their own return shipping label unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

Restocking Fee

Roveli does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items when replacement stock is available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead. Exchange requests must be submitted within the 30-day return period.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items caused after delivery
  • Products altered by the customer
  • Returns sent without approval

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter quickly. Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, we will work directly with the carrier to investigate the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on product availability.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, we may deduct shipping costs from the refund or require additional shipping payment to resend the package.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will be happy to help.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled or updated before shipment processing is completed. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
